My daughter was stopped once because of her book bag. I had already been "allowed" in (thank you so much for letting me pay $$$ for my ticket and then deeming me safe enough to enter Yankee Stadium) and when I looked behind, I saw her being prevented from entering the Stadium. I called her on her cell, told her to go around to a different gate, and she had no problem getting in. This stuff is totally arbitrary. Security is just a buzzword they use to generate more money by forcing you to buy their products inside the Stadium and to train you to be a good little fan and never ever ask questions.
